Street Graphex, INC. is an embroidery & screen print business. We do not keep garments in stock. It could take up to 5 business days to get your products to us. Your garments will be put on the production schedule as soon as they arrive. If your order is part of a group order we will hold your garments until all garments for the full order have been received and will print all like garments together. Please understand it could take up to two weeks for your garments to be done. If you need a rush order please contact Street Graphex, INC. at 605-432-7990. Please add any additional information you want us know to the comment section when you go through the checkout process.
To place an order you will need to create an account on our website, we will not share any of your information. We will only use contact information to discuss your order with you. We may contact you if a garment you order becomes unavailable.
Please review sizing specifications on garments as you are ordering customized garments that are non-returnable. Verify the quantities of garments you have ordered. We will not refund miss-ordered quantities!
If your order is not correct we must be notified within 2 business days of delivery. If the mistake is ours, we will replace at no cost to you. If you order the wrong size, we will not replace those garments. We will do everything within our power to deliver garments when promised.
Your garments can be picked up at the store or be delivered to your organization, school or club if you are local to our store. Please understand that we will adhere to COVID restrictions about dropping apparel off at sites. See our Shipping Policy for additional information. Please allow additional time for your order to be shipped if needed.
All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice. If we are unable to fulfill your order with like garments we will contact you! We are ordering products daily and trying to update availability daily. Vendors are still struggling to keep up with demand. There are thousands of schools ordering apparel from these same vendors so please submit your orders early!
