We will work with you every step of the way! Street Graphex, INC will put a campaign website on our web page at no cost to you!*

#1 Let's talk art!

  • We can use your design**! Send us your camera ready art files.
  • Work with our in-house graphics artist to turn your ideas into reality!

#2 Now you can pick out your products!

  • We have access to some of the best vendors with t-shirts, crews, hoodies and much more!
  • We can do screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, glitters, vinyl and transfers for decoration.
  • Add some buttons, stickers, koozies, tumblers and other promotional items to your sale!

#3 Advertise, Advertise, Advertise!

  • We can share your story on your campaign page, set deadlines for ordering and manage delivery expectations.
  • Spread the word to all of your club members, coworkers, friends and family that you are doing a fundraiser.
  • Share the links on social media! Spread the word using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

#4 Collect the profits!

  • Tell us how much you would like to made on each garment! If your minimums are met you will profit!
  • We use a sliding scale system to determine the profits. The more you sell, the more you make!
  • You must sell at least 6 shirts for your apparel to go to print.
  • You will receive a Sales Order report and a check in the mail within ten(10) business days after delivery!***

General Information:

  1. We will wait to print your order until after the deadline and all apparel has arrived at Street Graphex, INC.
  2. Orders will be bagged with an order sheet included. We will not combine orders.
  3. If an item becomes unavailable, we will use the phone number provided with the order to work with the customer on replacement or refund.
  4. We will not accept returns on any custom printed apparel due to sizing issues. Sizing specifications are included on each item's description.

*We will put up to 8 items on your site at no charge to you. Additional items may incur a setup fee.

**The customer assumes all responsibility for their art. Street Graphex, INC assumes the customer has the rights to use the art submitted to us.

***If you sell less than six (6) garments we can extend your sale dates or cancel your campaign depending on what you would like to do. If your combined orders are less than the minimums required to be a fund raiser, we will print and deliver the apparel ordered but you will not receive any profits. Profit return checks will be issued 2 - 4 weeks after the final deadline, after all apparel is printed and delivered and after all payments received have been processed. We do accept local checks for apparel ordered in-store and over the phone. Those checks must clear before funds are released. We will provide you with a report of all your sales. If your order exceeds expectations then your profits will be higher! Please call with any questions on how our sliding scale profits work!

If there are any questions/issues with apparel we must be notified within 2 business days of delivery of apparel. We will not accept returns on apparel for sizing issues. If we have sent the wrong apparel or the wrong size (our mistake) we will replace the garments. If the garment is defective, please contact us within 2 business days. We do inspect each garment when being checked into inventory, when decorated and when packaged to send to the customer. We are human, we may miss something!

Street Graphex, INC reserves the right to substitute like items when needed. Street Graphex, INC reserves the right to self-promote and may use pictures of your garments or projects on their website or with their social media accounts.
