IMPORTANT: Check the size specifications as custom decorated apparel is non-returnable.

• Make sure your address in on your customer record. We are experiencing some issues with the coupons and the only common thing is a missing address when trying to checkout. If that doesn't fix your orders, please call the shop (605-432-7990). There have been a couple of orders that we have had to take payment over the phone but we can work with you on these!
• If you are ordering the coffee mug only please create account, add mug, work through the checkout process and when it asks for your credit card please call the shop (605-432-7990) so that we can change your order to processing manually - this system doesn't like $0 orders.
• Verify cart contents prior to payment as custom decorated apparel is non-returnable.
• All apparel will be delivered to the hospital. 
• If you have any questions or concerns with your order, please call the shop. 605-432-7990 - Once garments are decorated, we are unable to change your order! 

All t-shirts will be screen printed in batches. The first deadline is 07/   21/2023. At this time we will order the apparel and print after all pieces arrive. When done we will deliver the orders to the Hospital unless you have indicated that you would like your items shipped to you. Additional deadlines will be posted for screen printed apparel.

All other apparel will be embroidered. Light colored garments will be stitched with a colored logo, dark garments will be stitched with an all one color logo. (white thread). Orders that are for embroidered apparel will be filled as the orders are made and sent to the Hospital.

All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice. If we are unable to fulfill your order with like garments, we will contact you! We are ordering products daily and trying to update availability daily. Vendors are still struggling to keep up with demand. There are thousands of schools ordering apparel from these same vendors so please submit your orders early!
